By accessing or using nevermore.icu (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and nevermore.icu ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to the Service is strictly invite-only and requires explicit approval from the platform owner. By using the Service, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction
• You have received explicit written approval from the platform owner
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law
• Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable laws or regulations

Access may be revoked at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your instances. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted use includes running personal automation scripts for your own Discord accounts.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Send mass unsolicited messages (spam) to Discord users or servers
• Conduct coordinated inauthentic behavior or manipulation campaigns
• Engage in any form of account trading, selling, or unauthorized transfers
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Conduct any activity that constitutes a criminal offence or civil liability
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security measures or rate limits

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your access, without refund where applicable:

• Running automated raids, mass-joins, or server disruption scripts
• Distributing malware, phishing links, or any form of malicious content
• Scraping Discord data at scale without authorization
• Operating sniper bots that target other users for unfair advantage in a manner that violates Discord ToS
• Impersonating other users, bots, or Discord staff
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform infrastructure
• Hosting multiple users' bots through a single authorized account

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a prohibited activity in our sole discretion.

You may provide your Discord account token for the purpose of running your selfbot. By doing so, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Your token is stored encrypted at rest on the platform's VPS infrastructure
• The platform accesses your token solely to operate the process you have authorized
• You are fully responsible for any actions taken by processes using your token
• Sharing or compromising your token outside of this platform is your responsibility
• You should revoke and reissue your token immediately upon leaving the platform

If you use the optional token-retrieval tool, your Discord credentials are transmitted only to Discord's login endpoint and are never stored, logged, or retained by the platform in any form.

We collect and retain minimal data necessary to operate the Service:

• Your Discord account ID, username, and avatar (via OAuth2 login)
• Your Discord account tokens, stored encrypted
• Process logs generated by your selfbot instances
• Sniper claim logs associated with your instances
• Usage metadata such as proxy switch counts and session activity

We do not sell, lease, or share your data with third parties except as required by law. Data is retained only as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion or access revocation, your data will be purged within a reasonable timeframe.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to maintain 24/7 uptime through PM2 process management, we make no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service in whole or in part at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Features, pricing (if any), and access tiers may be changed at any time without prior notice.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting the platform owner and requesting removal of your data and instances. Upon termination, all running instances will be stopped and your data will be deleted.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nevermore.icu and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, or account bans arising from your use of the Service.

You acknowledge that selfbot usage may violate Discord's Terms of Service and that you bear full responsibility for any resulting consequences, including account suspension or termination by Discord.
